Dear parents/carers,

Last night, our year 5 & 6 boys and girls played some friendly matches against Willow Brook. Whilst we did not win our games, our children represented us brilliantly!! The excellent teamwork and sportsmanship didn't go unnoticed and was praised by members of the audience! 

It was so lovely to be outside, playing together and having fun and we cannot wait for more of these opportunities. We are going to start our popular football clubs again after the Easter break and I will get in touch with some other local schools to try and organise more matches for us to take part in.

So, all that leaves me to say is, a HUGE thank you to Mr Kirk for being a top referee. Thank you also to the parents/carers who got involved and stayed to support our teams - we really appreciate it!

Some of you may have spotted the new football kit which was anonymously donated to us by one of our wonderful families - I'm sure you'll all agree, it looked fab!

Finally a huge WELL DONE to our fabulous players: Poppy, Grace, Etty, Scarlett, Florence, Sia, Georgie, Miranda, Katie, Oliver Me, Ben, Seth, Will, Nate, Oliver Mi, Henry, Arthur and Jackson - you have continued to make us proud!
