School Council
Our School Council is made up of one girl and one boy from each of the classes 2 to 5. It meets approximately once a month to discuss issues which concern the pupils.
Each class has a book where pupils record their ideas and suggestions for improvements. The class councillors meet with the headteacher to discuss these and talk about what action could be taken. They report back to the other children in their class and sometimes canvass other pupils' opinions by carrying out surveys. The minutes of the School Council meetings are displayed in classrooms and on the hall notice board.
